Governance Structure & Core Team

Our Governance Structure

ADYOFU is governed by Four (4) fully established and competent organs:

  • 1. General Assembly: The supreme decision and policy-making organ.
  • 2. Board of Directors: Responsible for the execution of decisions and supervision of the implementation of the organization's programmes.
  • 3. Advisory Board (Board of Trustees): Plays an oversight role and acts as arbitrators in the management of the Agency.
  • 4. Technical Team / Secretariat (Management): Responsible for the day-to-day management and implementation of projects and programmes. Staff are recruited and paid remuneration by the organization.
